Gulf Coast St. College Athletics launches new fundraising campaign

Gulf Coast Athletics is excited to share the launch of our new fundraising effort—the Commodore Commitment Calendar Capital Campaign.

Athletic Director Michael Kandler stated, "I am excited to announce the rollout of our newest fundraising endeavor. The goal of the campaign is to raise $200,000, which will be used to go towards the building of an indoor hitting facility for our Softball Team. We believe that this initiative will provide a creative fundraising approach that will allow our supporters to not only contribute directly to our softball team's success, but to publicly commemorate an important date or dates in their lives."

The Commodore Commitment Calendar will be a permanent 20' by 10' display located at the Joe Tom King Softball facility. Each square on the calendar represents a day of the year. Donors will be able to buy a date which is representative of a significant life event, such as birthdays, anniversaries, achievements, etc.  The cost for the date is $550.
