Lincoln named FCSAA DI Men's Basketball Player of the Week

Congratulations to sophomore guard Trent Lincoln on being named the FCSAA Player of the Week.

 

Lincoln played a key role in leading the Commodores to a perfect 2-0 weekend at the GC Classic with wins over Southwest Mississippi CC and #11 Jones College. Over two games, he averaged 20.5 points, 7.5 assists, and 4.5 rebounds while shooting efficiently from all areas of the floor. Lincoln finished the week 9-of-12 from the free-throw line, 12-of-23 from the field, and 8-of-16 from three-point range.

 

On the season, Lincoln continues to rank among the nation's best, currently sitting first nationally in assists with 99 and fifth in total points with 299.
