Four Commodores named to the All-Panhandle Conference Team
On the men's side, three Commodores earned All-Panhandle Conference First Team honors for their play during the 2025-26 regular season.
Guard Trent Lincoln was a steady leader for Gulf Coast all season. He finished the regular season averaging 19.6 points per game. Lincoln shot 42.6 percent from the field, 32.1 percent from the three point line, and 70.1 percent from the free throw line. One of his top performances came on February 7 against Pensacola State, when he recorded a double double with 16 points and 10 rebounds while adding five assists and two steals. He also had a conference season high 39 points against Chipola on January 31. Lincoln is currently ranked fourth in the nation in assists with 181 and 12th in the nation in total points with 588.
Guard Devontes Cobbs also earned First Team honors after a strong season for the Commodores. His conference season high came on January 21 against Northwest Florida State when he scored 24 points and grabbed five rebounds. Cobbs finished the regular season averaging 14.7 points per game and shot 72.9 percent from the free throw line.
Forward Iyran Francis controlled the boards throughout conference play. He recorded two double doubles during the Panhandle Conference season. On February 4 against Tallahassee State, he finished with 12 points and 14 rebounds. He followed that performance on February 18 against Pensacola State with 11 points and 14 rebounds. Francis finished the regular season shooting 66.5 percent from the field and 61.6 percent from the free throw line while averaging 9.1 rebounds per game. He is currently ranked second in the nation in offensive rebounds with 135, 14th in total rebounds with 274, and is also among the national leaders in field goal percentage at 66.5 percent.
Two Commodores were also selected to the All-Panhandle Conference Second Team.
Wing Aiden Caulker had two conference season high performances with 14 points against Northwest Florida State on February 25 and again against Pensacola State on February 28. He finished the regular season averaging nine points per game while shooting 37.9 percent from the three point line and 82.0 percent from the free throw line.
Guard Jabari Quarterman also earned Second Team recognition. He finished the regular season averaging 6.8 points per game while shooting 40.2 percent from the field and 60.0 percent from the free throw line. His strongest conference performance came on January 31 against Chipola, when he recorded five rebounds, six assists, two steals, and eight points.
