Bio
Jack Kepreos enters his first season as Assistant Coach for the Men's Basketball program.
Coach Kepreos joins the Commodore staff after two impactful seasons at Kent State, where he played a key role in the development of several standout players. During this time with the Golden Flashes, he worked closely with All-MAC guards Sincere Carry and Malique Jacobs. Carry, the MAC Player of the Year and First Team All-Defense selection, averaged 17.5 points and 1.7 steals per game. Jacobs, the MAC Defensive Player of the Year, contributed 13.8 points per game and anchored the team's defensive identity. Kepreos also helped shape the growth of Mike Bekelja who started 28 games and was a vital contributor to Kent State's success. Under Kepreos's influence, the Flashes earned a berth in the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2017.
Prior to Kent State, Kepreos spent three seasons at Louisville, serving as a team manager and later as assistant video coordinator under Ty Sampson. He was deeply invoved in scouting, operations, and player development, working with David Johns, Samuell Williamson, and Hogan Orbaugh. His tenure coincided with Louisville's rise to the No. 1 National ranking-their first since 20213.
